Every team, whether in sports or in business or professional life, needs a real leader. He must understand how to motivate and lead his team. A leader must be humble in times of success and protect and support his team and/or his colleagues in bad phases. He must be able to anticipate situations and always be an extended arm of the trainer or boss.
